DtiCalc is a small independent site of free calculators for debt-to-income (DTI) ratios and mortgage qualification. Every calculation runs on your device — your income and debt figures never leave the page. The goal is to show your real ratios before you apply, using standard lender thresholds.

The 28/36, 31/43, and 41% figures are common guidelines, not a guarantee of approval.
